A leading British global brand of industrial and automotive lubricants looking for dedicated Inventory Planning Executive candidate to join their team in Port Klang.
As the Inventory Planning Executive, you are responsible to monitor production schedule / shipment and stocks position to ensure and achieve stock availability and ready for any orders and delivery to meet the customer requirements and provide best services to customers.
Other job responsibilities are:
The incumbent will receive 3 months rolling sales forecast from sales & marketing team and export sales monthly and compiles the next month production requirement based on current stock situation, sales pattern, balance to produce and etc. to determines next month actual production requirement. Then submit the next month requirement to Production Planner to schedule into the production schedule.
Any delay in production or shipment will immediately inform sales & marketing team for them to communicate to customers.
The incumbent has to extract sales figures from the system and compile them accordingly to forecast accuracy and performance to review with Sales & Marketing team by weekly/monthly.
The incumbent will also coordinating all activities between Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain like re-launching / new launch of phasing in and out stocks, changing packs, labels and etc.
To succeed in the role, you must be have minimum 3 years’ working experience in inventory management and supply chain management.

* Excellent skills in MS Excel
