- Possess Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management or equivalent from recognized institution.
- 5 years experience in offshore catering
- 3 years experience at managerial level
Without diploma or equivalent:

- Without Diploma: Minimum 6 years experience as Head Cook/Chef in hotel / restaurant / catering establishment.
- Possess Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management or equivalent from recognized institution.

5. Cook (Day / Night Shift)
- Possess Diploma in Culinary or Equivalent from recognized institution and 2 years experience.
