1 ) Executive - Operations & Support Country Manager
Responsibilities:-
Support daily operation county manager in the office operation
in term of Coordinate workflow and maintain a productive work environment,
Maintain good communications between rig and office headquarter.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post
Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan P.Ramlee.
2 ) Executive - Accounts & Admin
Responsibilities:-
- Full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL and cashflow.
- Perform checks on physical assets.
- Update fixed asset register and inventory listing.
- Verify delivery orders, invoices and arrange payment.
- Do monthly/yearly stock count.
- Check purchase order received from customers.
- Prepare Pre-cal with responsible Engineer.
- Issue invoice to customer and follow up for payment.
- Verify staff claims & handle petty cash.
- Support and ensure compliance in internal and external audits.
- Liaise with external parties including banker, tax agent and corporate secretary.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan P.Ramlee.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Accounts & Admin position.
