About our Client
Our Client is an expanding Oilfield services company specialising in the fabrication and supply of tubular products to the Oil and Gas Industry. Their expansion and a recent significant investment in the company means they are searching for a Base Manager to oversee their operation in Kemaman.

Job Description
The Base Manager will be responsible for overseeing a total staff of around 200 people and focused on providing an outstanding service to their numerous clients. Key initiatives will include.
Improving the Quality of the operation as a whole
Ensuring product is shipped on time and in full to the client
Overseeing the HSE function of the plant and ensuring Safety is the first priority
Implementing a company structure to promote accountability, scalability and talent development
Providing outstanding customer service
The Base Manager will be responsible for overseeing a total staff of around 200 people and focused on providing an outstanding service to their numerous clients. Key initiatives will include.

The Successful Applicant
You will be degree educated with at least 10 years experience in the Oilfield Services sector, ideally with exposure to Tubular products. You will have experience of working in a Fabrication/Logistics environment providing critical equipment to the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry. You will be experienced and comfortable managing large teams of people and have a demonstrable track record of success in improving processes and procedures and ensuring a slick operation and customer satisfaction.
