Programme Coordinator
This position demands a wide range of skillset as you are required run programs independently to fulfill the order from sales team and meet the expectations of trainers. The position will challenge your ability to multitask and manage programmes effectively.
We’re looking for a person who has the tenacity to contribute and passion to make a difference. The candidate will be based in Klang Valley.
Responsibilities
1. Receive orders from sales team and initiate programme plans
2. Manage the end to end process of class coordination activities
- Confirmation
- Preparation
- Coordination
- Reporting
3. Work with vendors for food supply, venue and facility booking, transportations, etc.
Basic Requirement
1. Diploma or Degree in business Admin or related field. Other disciplines are also encouraged to apply if interested in duties as spelled out above.
2. Good communication skills and work well with people.
3. Must be proficient in English & Malay
4. Outgoing personality
5. Possesses own transport (car)
Preference
1. Independent
2. 2-5 years working experience. Fresh graduates with proven results leading similar initiative may be considered
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision
