PROGRESSIVE is recruiting a YARD MATERIAL & CUSTOM CLEARANCE COORDINATOR for a LNG project in China.
Context:
He works under supervision and direction of the Yard Fabrication Manager.
He is responsible for the custom clearance and the handover to Fabrication Subcontractor of the free issues material (Vendor’s’ supply) delivered at port and coordinate with Yard Fabrication Subcontractor for the transportation from the port up to storage location at Yard, including preservation.

· Check the implementation of the Project HSE rules on the yard storage area
· Receive and analyze expediting status / shipping forecast
· Receive administration and file shipping documents and materials certificates, technical passports and transfer all the documents to Fabrication Subcontractor
· Coordinate with the Fabrication Subcontractor for the preparation, location, storage and loading at port, transportation and the unloading at Yard.
· Prepare weekly report (material receiving report..), attend weekly progress meeting with the Fabrication Subcontractor
· Issue OSDs and transport insurance claim notifications
· Ensure that the preservation and storage at Yard of the free issues material (Vendor’s supply) are in compliance with the Project and Vendors procedures, requirements
