Rig-Site Coaches
We have various positions available for competent and experienced drilling personnel interested in a new outlet for their skills and a change of pace as a rig-site mentor. Drilling Technology Instructors
Seeking dynamic and engaging individuals to develop as Technology, Simulator and & Well Control Instructors. The positions would suit drilling professionals interested in a career in training. Good communication skills are required though full teacher training and assessor accreditation will be provided for the successful candidates.

Currently recruiting ambitious and forward-thinking individuals with an interest in the oil and gas industry to develop as Technical Support Instructors. The positions would suit maths, physics or technology graduates looking for a career change. Although the position will originally take the form of a supporting role, the aim is to develop potential candidates to further progress within the training sector. The candidate must be engaging, able to demonstrate excellent IT capabilities and communication skills.

A position is now available for a Technical Training Manager to be based in Muscat, Oman to cover the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right organisational and management skills to coordinate training and liaise with high profile clients.
Drilling operations experience in planning and management is preferred and communication skills are to be of an exemplary standard. The successful candidate should be a hands-on and highly self-motivated individual with a practical background and a keen appreciation of knowledge transfer within the industry.

Administration Manager - Malaysia
ADS have recently expanded their operations into Malaysia with an office and training centre located in central Kuala Lumpur. We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Manager to help run our Asian operations. This an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company with an international outlook.
Reporting to the Region Manager, the main duties of the Administration Manager will be:
• Ensuring that the Malaysian office is fully compliant with local and national regulations
• General coordination to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
• Handling phone calls, monitoring daily emails and replying to queries
• Arranging local transportation, accommodation and visa’s for visiting ADS instructors and staff
• Maintenance of proper record keeping and filing
• Liaising with clients to ensure we have the relevant information required to enrol students on to our courses
• Liaising with international accreditation bodies (IWCF and IADC) to ensure candidates are properly registered for the relevant courses
• Liaising with British Council for invigilating IWCF accredited courses
• Printing and issuing certificates to successful candidates
• Coordination with our Malaysian training centre prior to each course to ensure the smooth delivery of our courses; ensuring it equipment is up to date, booking of catering, printing of course manuals etc
• Supporting the Region Manager to issue client proposals, quotations and invoices
• Ensuring our vendor registration is up-to-date with regional clients
• Sourcing and booking suitable training venues outside of Malaysia
• Ensuring that the Malaysian office is fully compliant with local and national regulations

Individuals must have;
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Diploma or Degree in a business or oilfield related subject
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malay
• At least 2-years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
