Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Support Corporate IT and Refinery IT Systems as well as overall support of application and Process Control System.
• Conduct planning studies for implementation of future refinery Information system and Process Control System.
• Administer, control and monitor the system and network of Refinery Computing and Process Control System infrastructure.
• Sustain and maintain high availability of applications, tools and systems.
• Coordinate and assist Corporate IT on resolving end user computing Issue and needs.
• Manage plant computing Improvements namely Web Page Composer (WPC) migration, future TDC 2000 replacement, other Initiatives such as Operator Guidance Tools, Equipment Health Monitoring tools by Implementing the projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor system operations and works closely with Operations, Maintenance Sections and Honeywell personnel to ensure sustained smooth system operations.
• Liaise with vendor for system or application troubleshooting.

Requirements:
• Degree in Chemical/ Computer/ Control/ Electrical Engineering. Master degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in refinery operations including Information Technology and process computer control.
• Good knowledge of the latest information technology.
