Your Responsibilities:
You manage the end-to-end supply chain management process that includes but not limited to:

Planning and overseeing the implementation of the Materials Management department strategy, to ensure alignment with the Company and Regional Businesses' strategic plans
Leading the procurement, purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations, with sharp focus on cost and process efficiencies
Directing and managing a team of approximately 14 staff, focusing on workforce productivity, performance management and people development

Your Qualification:
You possess a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent
You have at least 8-10 years' experience in various supply chain management roles, with at least 2-3 years in managerial and people management role
You are results oriented and enjoy getting the best deals for the company
You are articulate, assertive and enjoy both being independent and working together in a team
You enjoy building effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, contractors etc. at all levels, solving problems and listening to them
Familiarity in SAP Material Management (MM) module would be an added advantage!
