We have a job opening for the position of Head Production Planning with Oil & Gas company
Job Location : Malaysia
Drive and manage Production Planning function and extend leadership support to Head of Production Planning & Schedulling Section in delivering business vision, strategies, targets and performance sustainability. Strategies, plans and execute integrated business alignment and integration across company functions and assets. Promote world class production operation practices and lead for technical governance and assurance within company business. Champion for production optimization and long term production forecasting for business portfolio and business targets, elevate technical governance, promote production assurance, intensify functional integration and reinforce safety excellence culture

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering Discipline. A Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or Master in Business Administration would be advantageous
2. At least 15 years working experience in the oil and gas related industry with significant exposure in leading Production Operations, Assets Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Portfolio and Risk management
3. Incumbent should have a combination of technical, commercial and operational experienced in Exploration, Development and Production activities within reputable oil and gas multinational company
4. Have full exposure and expertise in the entire upstream life of field management cycle starting from initial acreage acquisition, exploration, appraisal, right up to field development, project development, production, brown field development and subsequently field abandonment/relinquishment
5. Deep operations knowledge and excellence understanding on the elements, factors and trends affecting the Oil and Gas industry. Having clear insight, system and processes in setting Oil and Gas company business direction, developing and configuring the long term strategies, setting execution plans, targets and budget
