Mininum safety training requirement;

a) Sea Survival (BOSIET OPITO Approved) – All Crew. Validity 4 years.

b) Baic Fire Fighting – 30% of total crew. Validity 3 years.

c) Rigging and Slinging (Shell Approved) – All deck crew except Master

d) Food Handling Course – Min. one crew.

e) HUET – All crew. Validity 4 years.

f) Designated First Aiders – 1 person. Validity 3 years with Annual Refresher.

g) Cook’s medical examination – validity 1 year (required for Cook only)

h) Banksman – 1 deck crew

i) Shell Medical Report

j) Shell Safety Passport ( if the crew doesn’t have, kindly provide passport photo, shell medical report and safety training certificate for SHPP application.)
