• Responsible to ensure meeting annual sales target and spend within expenses budget assigned
• Implement the whole process for procurement activities
• Determine procurement costing / acquisition cost to enable best buy
• Coordinate integration understanding between end-user and supplier, hence ensure effective communication implementation and secured
• Source and propose new, capable and competitive suppliers for Top Management decision

3. SENIOR MECHANICAL / MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Requirement:
• Candidate must have Bachelor of Engineering or Higher Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering with excellent academic records.
• Possess 5 to 10 years of design experiences various Static equipment and Package equipment including Pressure Vessel, Air-cooler, Heat Exchanger, Skid Process System, API-650/620 tanks for Onshore and Offshore application.
• Minimum of 2 years of experienced in EPC Contracting work will be an advantage, including adequate Site and Test-Witness experienced.
• Experienced in piping design and analysis including a working knowledge of ASME B31.3 and piping flexibility analysis.
• Be thorough with the standards and good engineering practices of international oil companies, in addition to international codes such as ASME/ANSI, PD 5500, API, NACE, EN and ISO.
• Be able to produce Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approval in fast-track environments and CONDUCT technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients / JV Partners Design and calculation /report.

• Experience in Oil & Gas Onshore/Offshore, Petrochemical, Power Generation and Industrial Plants and consistent career experiences in the Engineering Department.
Skill Requirements:
• Ability to use computer equipment and peripherals to carry out routine computing task.
• Basic knowledge of 3D Modeling thru PDMS/CEASER II or related software.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/Cad Pipe and 2D CAD.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from client and ability to write effective minutes of meeting and other related business communications.
• Strong leadership qualities and analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical information, contract reports and instructions.

• Assist in financial transactions, general administrative duties and daily operations
• Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by the management
