Warehouse Manager to be based in Labuan

Warehouse Manager (Based in Labuan; Oil&Gas; RM6000-8000)
Our client is one of the world leading Oil & Gas company and feature in Top 10 Best Employer in the world. They are looking for a Warehouse Manager to be based in Labuan.
Main Responsibilities:
• Leads, directs, trains and manages a warehousing team.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and appraising of his/her team members.
• Interacts with internal customers and Materials Manager to implement optimal inventory levels to balance high customer service levels, versus the inventory cost to the company.
• Participates in periodic physical counting program to satisfy Sarbanes Oxley and internal control requirements.
• Conducts warehouse specific cycle counting program.
• Ensures material/equipment receipt, storage, issurance, return & disposal is performed in a compliant and timely manner.
• Ensures compliance with established procedures and Company Standards to maintain effective control over the physical product flow and storage for the warehouse and other inventory areas.
• Implements required documentation and labeling per Company Standards and local requirements.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Familiar in the use of Warehouse Management System applications and reporting tools.
• Has an understanding of financial impact of inventory transactions.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
