Summary:
The planner develops the scheduled inspection programs in the plant. The planner duties would include managing maintenance data collection and information gathering to more effectively provide the planned inspection service.

Experience & Qualification:
Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in inspection computation / coordination, reporting databases and database management systems. MS Office Suite experience is mandatory.

Summary:
Responsible for inspecting and ensuring that mechanical and other related codes are met.
Performs on-site inspections of piping, vessels and tanks and recommends steps to improve.
The inspector will be able to perform straightforward unsupervised inspections in accordance with a written scheme of examination (WSE) for in-service equipment which is not subject to statutory requirements (PED, PSSRs, etc…)
The inspector will be able to choose the inspection method, liaise with technicians performing the test, and provide clear reports, with recommendations, for final assessment by others
The inspector will be capable of making basic subjective judgments on routine inspection results but will require assistance when dealing with more technically complex situations,
The inspector shall make more detailed comparison of inspection results with code/defect acceptance criteria and justify conclusions using code calculations. In cases where corrosion and other in-service defects are found, the inspector is able to allocate severity levels and contribute input to a risk-based-inspection (RBI) scheme, if applicable,

2.Visit sites to perform inspections.
3.Examine fixtures of machines.
4.Investigate code compliance complaints and resolve or refers complaints to appropriate staff.
5.Inspect storage tanks, piping and vessels
6.Examine Piping, valves and tanks for defects, such as cracks, corrosion, and leaks.
7.Take samples.
8.Test for rate of corrosion.
9.Verify extent of damages.
10.Prepare inspection reports.
11.Inspect materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to specifications.
12.Interpret all mechanical drawings and their change documentation.

Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in inspecting piping, tanks and vessels within oil and gas sector. Should be a certified API 510, 570 and 653. Or CSWIP Level 2 – Plant Inspector or ASME Level .
