JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have prior experience offshore? Interested in leadership role? Our client is looking for a Supervisor to help lead their team.

Our client is one of the biggest companies in the Oil and Gas drilling industry in Malaysia. Over 10 years in the industry, our client is rapidly becoming one of the largest Oil & Gas companies in the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Accountabilities:
• Monitor rig operations.
• Prepare work schedule and make sure tasks are completed on time.
• Track employee’s progress and performance.
• Make sure crew has necessary supplies/ tools.
• Give guidance and support to rig crew.
• Coordinate and plan job procedure with contractors.
• Perform monthly rig inspections.
• Prepare rig operations- related reports, drilling
reports and safety forms.

BACKGROUND:
Our Client is Asian based Oil & Gas Company which provides variety of offshore drilling services to upstream sector. The clients operate their own fleet of offshore drilling rigs and strive to deliver the highest
standard of service. Our client also offers repair and inspection services to the petroleum and petrochemicals industry.

PRE-REQUISITES:
• Experience in rig operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Extensive working knowledge and experience in rig operations.
• Thorough knowledge of rig safety regulations and
safety issues.
• IWCF or IADC Certificate.
