Account Manager 

This is a sales position with an opportunity to work directly with the E&E industry closely to understand and fulfill their training needs and talent development requirement. The position will challenge your ability to understand the

industry training needs, to work with in-house consultants to define training solutions

and to complete the engagement with a sales order.

We’re looking for a person who is self-motivated, dedicated, prompt, and with good communication skills to take on this role. 

Responsibilities 

1. End-to-End pre-sales and post-sales activities – gauge customer’s requirement, engage in-house consultant to define solutions and attend to customer’s feedbacks. 

2. Customer account management – manage customer expectation and establish close linkages with customers. 

3. New account development – establish new customer contacts and develop new customer relationship. 

4. Customer satisfactions – ensure closure to all customers’ requests 

Basic Requirements 

1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/ Mass Communication or other related disciplines 

2. Some years of sales experience would be an added advantage 

3. Good communication and presentation skills 

4. Must be proficient in English & Malay 

5. Outgoing personality 

6. Must have own transport (car) 

Preference 

1. Friendly personality and great ability in building relationship 

2. 2-5 years working experience. Fresh graduates with proven results leading similar initiative may be considered. 

3. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
