- Experience in corrosive fluid handling, both for gas and liquids, specifcation of corrosive prevention criteria in conjunction with specialist corrosion engineers and relevant inspection organizations.
- Experience in developing conceptual design. project economic appraisal, pre-FEED packaging and FEED/EPCIC supervision.
- Experience in evaluation/selection/design for topsides equipment, layout, and piping.

- Monitor project schedule, ensuring CONTRACTORS are able to meet key project milestones stipulated in the project execution plan. To advise management if project progress is behind plan, and to propose and execute a recovery plan to achieve the desired plan progress or other feasible alternatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project processes to ensure projects are executed in accordance with the Team (project management) guidelines and control procedure and/or the PETRONAS Project Guidelines for Upstream Activities (PPGUA).
- Provide input to Planning and Cost group on annual project budget phasing activities for the COMPANY’s annual WPB submission to PMU.
- Serve as steward of the interface management plan by working with key personnel within the project team and other departments in the company such as Production, Drilling and other support groups in order to ensure interfaces are prioritized in order to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain a complete record system of all man—hours expended, change control, variations, weekly reports and progress management. Attend periodic meetings within the CONTRACTORS premises to ensure all targets and deadlines are met. Maintain a DOC, cost control and planning system for the measurement of progress against the COMPANY objectives for cost and planning.
- Co-ordinate input from the COMPANY during the FEED and detail design for all works carried out within the design office and or CONTRACTORs premises. Monitor CONTRACTOR’s performance and to advise Management for any progress delay.
- Work with the design team to produce a timely and high quality key design activity deliverables such as HAZOP, HAZID, DBM and other design reviews.
