About the Client
Our client is a Malaysia based upstream oil & gas service provider. They recently entered the offshore drilling segment by constructing a high specification jack-up drilling rig which is expected to be delivered in July 2014. With a fleet spanning offshore support vessels, a construction support and pipelay vessel, a mobile offshore production unit and an offshore jack-up drilling rig, the Group possesses an extensive presence along the upstream oil & gas value chain.
Job description
1.Provide leadership in Business Development activities for the Company.
2.Building up and maintaining existing and potential new clients, having a thorough understanding of the company businesses, as well as an understanding of new prospect business.
3.Work closely with Head, Business Development for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities. This will include sales and marketing plans, providing timely and reliable management information that supports the business strategy, goals and objectives.
4.Provide proposal to management on potential partnership for business ventures that could enhance the company’s position in the market place.
5.Responsible also for ensuring delivery of top line revenue and profit, developing loyalty from existing customers, attracting new customers and building significant brand equity.
6.Propose alternative solution based on the original customer’s requirement to PERISAI to ensure the company’s value proposition still intact
7.Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other critical people at various client organizations and focus efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries for the business.
8.Gather and analyse market intelligence for new projects and opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
2.At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3.Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
4.Strong and vast networking with major upstream Oil & Gas clients.
5.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Client : Client is a leading Multi National Firm involved in engineering, procurement, construction nad installation (EPCI) company focusing on executing complex offshore oil and gas projects worldwide.
General Job description
•Leads the engineering team to ensure the design meets the contract’s scope, schedule and quality requirements, and the work is performed within budget.
•Engineering Budget and Schedule
•Identify differences between the as-bid and as-awarded scope. Create an as-awarded budget and schedule to reflect the estimated impact of these differences.Monitor and control the project man-hour budget.
• Work with PMT to ensure that the engineering work schedule is aligned with the overall project schedule.
•Ensure DTCMS is utilized by the engineering team in order to track and estimate trends, deviations, and changes in the work scope.
•Manage budgets shifts between disciplines.
•Approve all DTCMS entries with engineering content.Review and approve all engineering cost and schedule estimates prepared for DTCMS, for potential alternative solutions, for study level estimates, etc.
•Review monthly cost and progress reports for accuracy. Communicate all cost and schedule forecast changes to the Project Manager in a timely fashion.
•Engineering Execution Plan
•Develop an execution plan for the engineering scope. The plan should address key areas such as organization, the resource plan including subcontracting, key engineering milestones, progress measurement system, document control system, reporting requirements, any specific Client requirements different from normal JRM practices and tools, any special communication protocols, etc.
•Ensure the execution plan meets the contractual requirements and is aligned with the overall Project Execution Plan.
Experience
•At least 15 - 20 years of experience in engineering design predominantly in upstream oil and gas industry including 5 years in a managerial position and 8 years in onshore and offshore oil and gas projects.
Qualifications
•Registered Engineer (PE) with the Board of Engineers in Malaysia is preferred. •Shall have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with other disciplines and the Client, assign and supervise individual work assignments, and effectively manage scope, budgets, and schedule for engineering activities.

OPERATIONS MANAGER ( FPSO ) - ONSHORE
Our Client is an MNC Group involved in building, installing and operate FPSOs – Floating Production, Storage and Offloading units.
• Responsible for -The performance of the FPSO
• Daily follow-up of the FPSO; planning, coordination, manning and operative administration of all activities
• Involve and Ensuring the production performance is accurately and promptly reported on a daily basis
• Managing the entire offshore and onshore teams
• Ensuring the vessel’s long-term technical and operational condition, including optimization of necessary maintenance and replacement programs
• Demonstrate competence in emergency response skills and involve in the company’s emergency response organization
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Exploration and Production (E&P) industries
• Relevant experience from offshore or onshore positions, ideally from FPSOs. Preferably a senior supervisory position offshore, combined with experience in an office based role with responsibility for the management of operations, production or maintenance Resourceful and independent

OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER (OIM)
Our Client is an MNC Group involved in building, installing and operate FPSOs – Floating Production, Storage and Offloading units.
• Lead and manage the FPSO and Wellhead Platform Facilities day to day fundamental operations of producing/storing/processing hydrocarbon to meet the approved daily target and nomination i.e for gas, crude and condensate, gas flaring/venting and water discharge limitation.
• Lead and manage the execution of first line maintenance on FPSO and Wellhead Platform Facilities and major equipment to ensure all are executed as per maintenance procedure and schedule to achieve highest availability and reliability of FPSO and Wellhead Platform Facilities.
• Lead and manage all simulated emergency drills and exercise by continuous evaluation of procedures and response to meet high standard of readiness of the FPSO and Wellhead Platform Facilities Emergency Response Team.
• Lead and manage the coordination of an integrated shutdown activities planned on FPSO and Wellhead Platform Facilities to ensure the identified activities are performed effectively, safely and shutdown duration target is achieved.
• Prioritizing daily operation and maintenance activities, ensuring all activities are coordinated to achieve safe and efficient platform operations within the Safety Case.
• Responsible in compiling and verifying operational and technical reports for documentation purposes.
• Daily liaison with the Onshore Operations Manager and support groups.
• Ensure implementation of the Company Safety Management System.
• Liaison with visiting regulatory officials.
• Assimilate and lead HSE culture at the FPSO and Wellhead Platform Facilities.
• Lead the implementation of technical and management initiatives
EXPERIENCE
• Degree / Diploma in Engineering and has served minimum as Person-in-Charge (OIM or equivalent) onboard offshore platform / floating facilities (FPSO/FSO) for at least 3 years
• Minimum 10 years experience in Exploration and Production (E&P) industries
• Good managerial and leadership skill with minimum of 3 years experience in technical, supervisory and management roles.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION LEAD/SR METERING ENGINEER
1.Engineering Scope consist of Process, Electrical & Electronic, Piping & Mechanical and Drafting
•To measure at every stages of work process in design as per ISO procedure if there is any negligence aspect related to the design process and should take appropriate control and initiative to eliminate the risks, take effort with proper solution or to minimize it
•Supporting document control activities including updating Engineering Document Control List (EDCL), preparation and review of redline drawings
2.Preparation of Material Take Off (MTO), Material Requisition (MR), Service Requisition (SR) and Technical Evaluation (TE)
3.Process :- To provide sizing of piping & instrument based on datasheet.
4.To source & evaluate for the suitable instruments.
5.To provide write-out on testing procedures / proposals of the instruments.
•Electrical & Electronic :- Design wiring diagram, cable sizing, cable layout & interfacing of instrument within skid
6.To select and evaluate Flow Computer, Distributed Control System (DCS), Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Metering Control System (MCS)
7.To source & evaluate Electrical & Instrument (E&I) consumables within skid.
8.To provide write-out on E&I installation & testing procedures.
9.Piping & Mechanical :
10.Design piping layout & other mechanical design based on process & E&I design.
11.Piping layout shall also based on practical installation method, user's safety, maintenance activities.
-Transportation and available allocated space of installation.- To integrate process and E&I testing procedures and produce an overall testing procedure.
-To provide write-out on all fabrication related procedures. To support all drafting works required by the system integration works.
12.Project- To be involved in System Integration projects & commissioning Any other reasonable duties assigned
JOB SPECIFICATION :
14.Candidate shall possess at least a Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical Engineering Degree in local / abroad qualified university
15.Substantial relevant experience, typically at least 8 years of experience in relevant project technical proposal metering tender, design work, construction, commissioning, training & service.
16.Experience mostly on the hydrocarbon production, measurement (flow and level) and distribution
17.Experience in coordinating engineering deliverables and submission for tender and project.
18.Team leadership capability & basic project management skills
19.Capable of managing own work and that of others & commercial awareness
•Experience in contracting environment & relevant site experience
20.Fluent verbal & written in Bahasa Malaysia & English
•Familiar with International standards/codes/guidelines i.e American Petroleum Institute (API), American Gas Association (AGA), International Standards Organization (ISO) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), flow calculation methodology, Oil & Gas company requirements for measurement and good understanding of all related major engineering disciplines.
•Basic and detail design, construction, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), start-up/commissioning, certification/approval, training, operation and maintenance of the Hydrocarbon Metering and Sampling System.
21.Proven track record in engineering leadership as well as the ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices and able to provide detailed documentation upon project stage and completion
22.Minimum 8 years working experience in the related field for this position
23.Must be flexible to travel regionally including site visits
24.Familiar in utilizing software i.e Kelton, Flow 98, Flow Solv, Instrucalc
25.Hands-on experience (operation, configuration, troubleshoot) with metering system equipment and including specific products but not limited.
26.Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008
