SAFETY EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Engineering
(Environment/Health/Safety) or NIOSH SHO Certificate or any related fields.
2. Certificate /Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health Act is essential
3. Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experiences in the capacity of Quality, Safety
& Health officer
4. Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Strategic and analytical in decision making and result oriented
6. Candidate with experiences in oil & gas industry is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performing safety audit and inspection.
2. Responsible to develop HSEMS.
3. Managing the documentation of all SHE related procedures.
4. Conducting regular inspection, accident/incident investigations, hazard
identifications, risk assessments, risk control measures and follow-ups on the Job
Safety Analysis.
5. Prepare and submit accurate reports on ESH statistics and records to HSE
manager on a timely basis.
6. As a Secretary for the ESH Committee Meeting.
7. Liaise with relevant authorities such as DOSH, DOE< BOMBA, Local Authority to
ensure that any ESH matter is attended to and resolved promptly and prudently
agencies on HSE issues.
8. Conduct safety awareness programs or training to all level employees from time
to time.
9. Ensuring that the Company's safety policy acts and comply with the occupational
safety and health act.
10. To advise the Management or Safety and Health Committee on all matters
pertaining to occupational safety and health act.
11. To do the related environmental schedule for monitoring, activity and records.
12. To do the periodically security activity such as surprise check and audit on ability.
13. To report and liaise with the related authority on the security purposes

1. Candidate must possess a Degree in Law (LLB) from recognized institution.
2. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. Minimum of one (1) year relevant
experience in legal firm or corporate sector with exposure in corporate legal
works is an advantage.
3. Good drafting skill is an added advantage.
4. Strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and
spoken English.
5. Willing to work in Kemaman.

5. Provide legal service in all legal matters relating to the Company's and its
subsidiaries on all interpretation of law adn guidelines in all corporate matters
business
6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and update on current legislation
7. Attend court proceedings as representative of the Company and its subsidiaries
for all legal matters
8. Preparing reports as required by the Management of the Company.
