Job Description
Strategise and execute the Implementation and assimilation plan of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System (QSHE).
Develop and implement Corporate QSHE Policies and Strategies, QSHE Plan, and QSHE KPI.
Oversee the implementation of an overall QSHE strategy, as well as co-ordination of support strategies and ensure the delivery of extensive QSHE assurance audit and training development programmes.
Ensure all HSE Risk in the project execution are identified and mitigated.
Providing support to the Project Managers to develop, manage and monitor the implementation of QSHE management systems.
Provide strategic advise to the Corporate QSHE Committee on issues related to QSHE.
Strategise and execute the formation and training of Crisis and Emergency management team.
Lead investigation and reporting of incident.
Liaison with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
Strategise in the creation and establishment of positive HSE culture to the company.

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Three (3) to five (5) year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specializing in HSE, engineering - oil/gas or equivalent.
Having good knowledge and experience in QA/QC environment is an added advantage.
Having knowledge and understanding in ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
Having good rapport with authorities such as NIOSH, DOSH, DOE and PETRONAS.
Having solid working experience in HSE Management System
One (1) full-time position available.
