Site Contracts Administrator

We are looking the candidate for "Site Contracts Administrator " position and have qualification in Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering 
( ASAP )
Position available : Site Contracts Administrator 
Duration : 10 Months
Target start : 1 April 2014/ As soon as possible
Work location : Pasir Gudang Johor

Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- At least 15 years relevant working experiences in project cost control,contract administration and quantity surveying work with the emphasis in the following:
- Project cost budgeting,reporting and controlling for fabrication,installation & hook-up and start up activities
- Preparation and issue of instructions to Contractor for services,tracking and verifying invoices payment
- Review and verification of Contractor’s monthly cost report and invoices
- Review and comment Minutes of Meeting,Progress Report,Value of Work Done(VOWD) and prepare project cost forecasts
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry
- Familiar with Shell and/or PETRONAS tendering and procurement procedure
- Malaysian
