Terminal Operations (Based in major port towns in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah)

The Job Responsibilities :

- Operate and manage terminal facilities to ensure efficient, reliable and safe receipt, storage and delivery of bulk fuels to customers.
- Responsible to maintain high operating standards in accordance to company and industry requirements and
regulations.
- Performs comprehensive inspection and maintenance program for terminal equipment and facilities.
- Monitors engineering projects in the terminal to ensure safe and timely completion of the project in accordance to company and industry standards.

Engineer (Based in Kuala Lumpur or Terminals in major port towns in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah)

The Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for all aspects of engineering evaluation, testing, execution and commissioning of engineering
projects assigned.
- Conducts periodic inspections of plant and equipment to ensure adequacy of operating procedures.
- Identify, recommend and carry out projects to improve operating efficiency.
- Conduct all major maintenance projects for terminals including inspection and repair program for storage tanks.
- Ensures that projects are in compliance with regulations and standards.

Supply Logistics (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

The Job Responsibilities :

- Coordinates with internal company functions and external parties in ensuring proper logistics execution for
movement of petroleum products and crudes.
- Monitors vessels movements to ensure crude and product supply continuity to refinery and various distribution
terminals within Malaysia.
- Execute supply contracts and handles operations process including documentations, claims and invoice
settlements.

Supply Planning (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

The Job Responsibilities :

- Analyses refinery production and sales demand to ensure supply continuity of products to customers.
- Plan for disposal of surplus and imports of products to maintain optimal inventory within the supply chain.

Job requirements for all above positions:

- Degree in Engineering. (Preferably Chemical Engineering). Other degrees may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage.
